Feeling renewed after a hike and back on track - following fairly well, minus the chinese food last night. but it's all about little cheats and moderation for me, so yeah, I'm happy with how it's going. Although this week I plan to step it up a notch and be fairly strict with the carb intake. Also walking forty minutes each day, which helps i think - and the water - 8 to 12 glasses of it - as much as i can take in...
no alcohol - key.

196.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

LOL...I HEAR U I'VE BEEN TRYING THIS CARB THING FOR A MONTH OR SO NOW AND I CAN ONLY MANAGE TO STICK TO IT FOR A WEEK OR SO BUT WITH SUMMER RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER I NEED TO REALLY BUCKLE DOWN.GLAD TO HEAR UR BACK ON TRACK:).

i know - doesn't it tho? if i would have forgone the rice and egg roll, it would have not been so bad - kung pao chicken...
