Just woke up this morning and what a wake up it was.....No choice now but to hit my keto diet hard again...and stay with it this time for ever...wish me luck...here goes nothing...So ashamed of my failures.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Your welcome ! Thanks ......I will make it happen and so will you .... don't get discouraged . When bad moments happen just get back up and restart. My advice is to make it a healthy lifestyle ...one that you can do forever :+)

I agree with everything you said. I'm in a trace keto state with my current carb intake aiming for less than 100 gm daily but I've been in small to moderate and was happy with it. Your post motivates me to reduce carbs further. I've got a long way to go and need to get there faster.

Thanks for all these comments...It really helped me wake up and so I started fasting on second day now....After reading these from you guys I was empowered again and now that is exactly what I needed. It is impossible to thank you enough.
