It's been a long hard week (I worked about 6.5 days in 5.5 actual days.... Happy to see the drop this morning. I've barely done anything today. So far it's been BP Coffee, eggs, bacon and 90 second bread, and I haven't figured out dinner - which should be ready in about an hour... Going to see what meal for 2 I have tucked away in the freezer - or maybe dinner for 1 - I'm not actually hungry... Yesterday was a Saturday event at work and then our best friends came for dinner - at my invitation - I'm not 25 anymore - I need to remember that.... 157.8 lb Lost so far: 42.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
