Huge drop, I’m going to keep it going! Sadly I continue to struggle with constipation but when I lose like that it’s awesome. I’m back to where I started a couple weeks ago, before hubby got hurt, when I just started eating twice what I had been, and we started getting ready to close on our house and then move. I’d be lying if I said binging and NOT over exercising or NOT purging and rather choosing to ride it out, try again, and journaling through my feelings wasn’t painful as hell. This is a beautiful day, to come out on the other end of the storm.

Look at you using your skills to not fall into terrible old habits. You clearly made careful decisions despite what the world was throwing at you. This is probably more important than the actual weight loss. Now you have the confidence to take on life's storms knowing you can rely on your new habits. Each time you do relay on yourself you will be building stronger good habits.
