Huge drop, I’m going to keep it going! Sadly I continue to struggle with constipation but when I lose like that it’s awesome. I’m back to where I started a couple weeks ago, before hubby got hurt, when I just started eating twice what I had been, and we started getting ready to close on our house and then move. I’d be lying if I said binging and NOT over exercising or NOT purging and rather choosing to ride it out, try again, and journaling through my feelings wasn’t painful as hell. This is a beautiful day, to come out on the other end of the storm.
