Bummer. Another bad week. Gained last 2 weeks. I seem to always be hungry. Maybe the Halloween candy caused these cravings. Hoped to get thru Thanksgiving with no gain. But don't know. Will try harder 😧..
196.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
