Not losing a lot but .2 is still better than gaining. I changed my goal weight to 100 . I'm going to try and just maintain below that for now since holidays are right around the corner. Going to try not to stress over it. I'm just hoping to keep it 100 or less would be nice at the start of the new year .
99.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My original goal weight was 111 so I'm Def below that and never planning on getting that high again.
