As I have known since joining fatsecret, weighing my food is the only thing that works for me. I counted the calories then, and I am doing so now. Really pleased with week 1.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
