I lost it on the weekend, and seeing that scale go up, I just lost my motivation, I am back on IF, but when you fall off the wagon the weight gain is immediate and rapid, on most of the blogs, many maintain weight on one meal a day, I think i will probably do the same.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

don't make the mistake I did by wanting results immediately.its impossible. it takes allot of hard work gym hard eat well don't starve IF is great but u have to eat or ur body will store anybit u eat for fuel.u must eat healthy and gym cardio is best good luck don't lose hope PS weigh once a week not everyday helps with the emotional stuff
