Chris made me do it. Muscle, sodium or magic? Who knows but I'll take it. The more I weigh the better as it allows for a higher "burn". Up or down, I'm not bothered at all as long as the veins and striations get more prominent.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Latest photo shows the chest striations. I wonder what BF you are now? Looking at the veins and striations I wonder if maybe you are getting closer to single digits or mid 12-14%. IDK, you look ripped though!

You down with FWC?! Yeah, you know me..lol. Terrapin, IDK the last pics were in pretty good lighting and the chest striations have been around for a while. I think I'm 15% at or slightly higher still. Thanks!
