Ah the weight/scale levels out again 😁. I know I’m not in a deficit of 10k for the month yet so I’m sure this will go up another # soon.
127.6 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
