Blah. Same weight, even though I had a really low day yesterday. I didn't even eat all of my dinner. My muscles are really sore today, maybe they're holding water. I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Trying to make it up today. So far two glasses of water and two glasses of tea. I needed the caffeine.
139.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yup its the sore mucles. Oh and for every cup of caff have even another cup of water. Might want a toilet nearby!

Your entry sounds just like mine. I'm saying it's muscle gain. My friend experienced the same issue before she had a big drop in lbs. Come on big drop!!
