Up a few over the past week. Eating out too much and carbs too high. Alcohol involved, too. But back from 231 two days ago!
221.2 lb Lost so far: 103.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do :) I 'ate well' this weekend. Now, I'm done :) - - Until next week. Thanksgiving. I'm am not going to pretend I will be able to 'act right' :)

hope this plan is promising alternative for you. Since you do enjoy your drinks I think you will always have trouble with any dieting or maintenance plan that depended on ketosis. alternative fasting days to keep a weekly average calories within your needs may be an option if this slow carb plan does not work for you. It amazes me how you guys do so well with fasting. I just don't do well trying to go without food.
