I am able to recognize that I ate enough and don't need to keep eating. I am going to try paying attention to things like this during the day because I shouldn't eat if I don't need to/am not hungry. Right now I'm feeling somewhat optimistic. Partly this is because I managed to ensure that Ki and Jas had lunches made last night before I went to bed. Given that I went to bed VERY late, I knew I probably wasn't going to wake up in time to send them off, but I know they would be able to grab something healthful and quick without my help there. This lets me know I accomplished something good already, and that's always good feeling/ catalyst to start the day. Plus it seems I've lost about a pound. :)!!! The floor in the bathroom makes using the scale frustrating because it isn't fully level. I have to remember to place the scale in the same place each time to ensure more reliable results.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
