don't seem to be moving even thou I am following what I eat closely. Hopefully it will drop off soon. Unable to exercise as normal as it is still difficult to sit down or move around normally due to the fall I took. Will try to go to the gym today to see how it goes.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
