Hmm 🤔 157.8 to 156.2? 1.6 pound loss seems unlikely. Great! But too good to be true lol I did eat reallly well yesterday. About 1600 calories. For dinner I had wings and a grilled ribeye (Baskington you would have been proud 😬) So I guess we’ll see what the scale says tomorrow 😃
156.2 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

glad you are eating well. the funny thing is if I get enough fat to go along with the protein I can really eat more calories and not gain weight.

I also had a bigger drop-1.2#. At least half will come back tomorrow I’m sure 😭

I feel like sometimes we have undeserved gains, and other times the scale throws you a bone. Don't ask questions, just take the win! 😀

I keep having the same thing happen - sometimes I eat lousy and I don't gain and sometimes I eat 'perfectly' and I gain 2 pounds - it is just a cruel joke from the scale gods I think - you're doing great so just enjoy it!

I’m the same. Up n down 2/3lb. But running is getting easier which is my goal now!
