Disgusted with myself. Not sure how it happened. I am still very active apart from 2 weeks when I was ill. Sad that I let it slip. Determined that I won't let it get me down and I will tackle it asap. Makes me realise that I have to weigh in on a more regular basis!
168.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
