I knew the small weight gain was a fluke. I made sure to weigh myself today before I ate my dinner instead of like Wednesday when I forgot to do it before.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
