this is low for me but I haven't been eating up to my calorie level lately and I am on the first full week of taking less insulin. I am going to stay the course and keep tracking. Everything else is going well.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 74.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
