Happy to not have gained weight, need to get back to the gym soon. Summer is here and I do terribly in summer I dislike the heat for some reason makes me less active.
210.1 lb Lost so far: 129.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
