I am having trouble to sleep, again 🤯

try magnesium and cutting back coffee especially after 2pm

I am taking magnesium and potassium supplements daily, maybe I need to drink a little less coffee, what I had with caffeine in the afternoon was a diet soda , and yesterday I ate a lot, so it's not due to empty stomach

different suppliments work differently I find the higher quality magnesium glycinate knocks me out, the magnesium malate does a good job too. hard to not get sleepy when I take either during the day.
