I am 11 days post-op. I haven’t been recording my food right now cause I am trying to get my fluid intake up to where my surgeon wants them. The goal is 64oz of fluids and at least 2 protein shakes a day. These goals more important at this stage than getting purées in. I have taken bites here and there at times, I just feel so full all the time. I do sip on soups with some unflavored protein added to it.
240.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 88.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
