At goal...just bouncing around with Keto. Keeping calm. Lots of change in my schedule or exercises and classes. I need to regroup in order to fend off fears of losing ground. Yet...better than a stall! So here I will recommit to FS---IT ---and Keto!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
