Yipppeee! Down 1.5 pounds! I really felt hard done by when my weight did not move after I was angelic every day that I was 259.5. Essentially 6 days with a half pound blip in there. Then the sudden drop. Yes! I so deserved this.

My mouth is sore from the dental implant put in yesterday. It is mostly from having my jaw open and pushed on. The actual implant area isn't even tender. Nothing some ibuprofen can't handle.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
