I definitely don't drink that much. Plus with working out I should be.

I know it's hard especially with all your hard work but try not to put so much emphasis on the scale and the numbers game. Go by how you feel and how you look. You've done an amazing job and done it the right way. With all your exercising now your body will go through a physical change replacing burning fat and adding muscle as you tone up giving you a whole different shape while possibly maintaining the same weight. As you continue on your journey the pounds will come off, most likely more slowly as you get closer to your goal but what's the rush, it is a life style change and you are in it for the long haul. You are doing great and look fantastic. Keep up the good work, you are an inspiration to us all.

That might help, drinking water. I know Weight Watchers used to say that if you think you are hungry, drink some water first, give it some time. It may just be thirst. So sure couldn't hurt. That being said, we all go through periods where the weight just wants stay still for awhile. It is also good time to make another change, maybe. But you are doing great, so just accept yourself just for a few days, love yourself for all you have done!

Thank you both! I think I am more afraid of gaining all the weight back than actually losing the last of it. Especially around this time of year. I wouldn't mind staying the same weight and losing body fat.

You have a great attitude. This time of year with Thanksgiving coming and then Christmas and with everything seaming to start earlier every year would it be the end of the world if you just maintained for the holidays. Don't beat yourself up or over think things right now. You've done an amazing job and you have nothing but time. Don't let your fears ruin your holidays. Enjoy yourself, you know your limits.
