Proof is in the 💩. My prescription for Linzess is almost out so using it sparingly. My body will not let go(lol). The script is 400+ per month and of course I fall in the poor/not poor enough crack. I'm supplementing with cranberry & moringa teas but my kidneys are not liking it. Any suggestions? Have a healthy day.
215.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
