Reached upper limit of normal weight for my height.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks! Goal now is to get to the 120s, I love the way I feel and look. Most importantly yoga is much easier when doing arm balances. Will be posting more fun yoga poses. It’s also easier to bind when the ratio of arm length to waist circumference is more favorable.
