I don't know what happened. I don't feel like I ate that much!
Back to logging.
Happy Tuesday!
167.7 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 4.3 lb a week

I think logging is forever. My appetite is a lousy reference and I selectively forget.

Logging is a valuable tool that some of us have to use, like Tom said. 😊 Chris has been posting about the importance of drinking enough water. That's another time consuming aid, actually necessity that sometimes we forget. Hope you get back down quickly. 😊

If you are not tracking your food sodium levels, you might try that. You would be surprised how much is in convenience/frozen foods.
