Not a good day or nite. I have to rebreak my bad habits. Eating out tonite, should be fun but I'm so stressed. I know it's rude but I'm bringing my teas with me.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
