Well this is the weigh in to get me on a month weigh/pictures schedule. I was hoping for 355 but I will take the 360. I figure muscle mass is out weighing the further fat loss. I also went walking this morning and have eaten breakfast. The scale at work is the only one I have access to on a regular basis. I am really seeing a difference on how my clothes are fitting. I was talking with a coworker and we agreed that my next goal should be 300 pounds by September. I will keep working at it on a day by day basis. I am having my wife take pictures tonight and I am going to compare them to the ones that were taken on 05/10/10. I'm also going on vacation next week and I have a appointment with my doctor for a wellness check. At the end of next week I see my parents and family for the first time since I have started my new lifestyle. I'm looking forward to it.
360.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 110.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Man I can not even begin to tell you how fired up I am for you! You have lost 10% of your body weight.. that is so huge.. and the further you go the more people are going to notice it really is awesome.. congratulations!

Way to go, you are doing great. The clothes are really the best indicator of fat loss. Adding muscle makes the scale seem like an enemy. Of course, muscle is really great, but the fact it weighs more than fat can cause mind games when you don't lose as much weight as you expect. Just keep on exercising and when the fat is gone, you will have a strong healthy body. Have a great weekend.

Way to go on your weight loss. It is very exciting to see it steadily going down. I am sure your family will be thrilled to see you and notice how well you are doing. Have fun on vacation and be conscience of what you eat.
