Friday workout, Sunday ‘run’ and practice. I expected a bit more of a jump. Only one bottle of water yesterday as I forgot to bring another and juice and kids drinks were all that was available. Had a huge glass of iced tea and a bottle of tea toward the end of the day so got the fluids just didn’t get it in water. Here’s to next weeks drop being more than 1/2# 😎 (which isn’t bad considering I averaged 1667 calories in per day!)
130.4 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
