😒 Traveling again. Spent hours this weekend just stretching (and taking dogs on ridiculously looking walks). This is the best my neck has felt in weeks to months. Yay stretching
141.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
