I purchased a new scale, it said 162.8. This is a late afternoon weight, after going up to 2,000 for 2 weeks. Also, consider the slow bathroom process. Nevertheless, it is still 8 pounds up from my last weight. But we knew that scale was lower. This is definitely hard, but I had to get a new one eventually.

Try a different section of floor. I have a high tile in my bathroom and it the scale is touching it and not level I get very different readings.

00Marx00 is right on the money. I weigh myself 3x in the same spot, when I have matching weights that's the number I use. I calibrate my scale to the drs every 3 months.

Interesting ! I hadn’t calibrated my last one, saw at the drs it was low, and never got a new one til now.

Don't give the scale so much power. The mirror shows the true progress.
