These days have been tough for me and my motivation, I really miss my family and food is always a good "escape" to fill that void.
I'm still trying to go to the gym consistently, but some days I don't feel very motivated. Now that I'm back on eating solid food my anxiety is back. For few weeks I thought I got over it, I guess not.
I planned on starting another Prolonged Fast this coming Monday Oct. 22. I really hope to find the strengths to pass the first 2/3 days!
