I've really been wanting to let myself have a cheat day, but I'm going to wait until I've lost at least 40#. Started on 9-24 at 230# => 25# lost in 27 days!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
