I decided to weigh in again today as I knew yesterday I was retaining a little water, but more importantly today is my 2 month anniversary since restarting my plan to lose weight - the journey continues, still a long way to go.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
