no exercise done the reverse for me this week. and im now feeling a bit flabby again as well. i wish i could just get rid of these last few kilos and concentrate on toning only! have a good week everyone
159.8 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
