Well I'm down 4 this week...must be doing something right!!! Now just need to keep it going.
I find it hard to eat like I'm supposed to on the weekends. My appetite is low low...any suggestions???
162.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
