A very upsetting weigh in. 😢 I kept my calories low and drank more water . I limited myself to only one Dt Mt Dew a day. I weighed Wed 98.8 so I thought I would Def weigh less by today but instead gained .2 from last week. It's so frustrating when you feel like you've done so good all week but the scales tell you you didnt. I don't know wether to lower my calorie intake more or was it because my calories were too low. around 640 Wed and Thurs.
98.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My Wed calories were more 725 Thurs 640 . I'm guessing they were too high Wed and that's what caused the gain. But if you look at my food diary I have a lot more calories on the weekend and I weighed only .2 more on Wed. My RDI says 1400 but I Def can't lose on that so I guess I need to lower weekday calories more .

640 and 725 seems a little low, and could be throwing off your metabolism. I would suggest checking with your doctor about possible healthy calorie ranges. I feel like you would do EXCELLENT at intermittent fasting! Several here on FS are having great success with it. And I agree that FS often gives an RDI that seems a little high. Don't let a small gain discourage you ... you've got this. Don't give up. Chin up and try again! You can do it!!!

Is that kg or pounds? Also having too low of a calorie range for too long teaches your body to use less calories to survive. That’s what’s terrible about dieting. At so low of a weight, it would be much healthier for you to increase exercise over lowering calories.

@nattie720 I sorta do IF without trying . I didn't realize until I read in here about it but most of the time I eat by 6 pm and don't eat again until 9:30 or10 am
