I am officially at my lowest weight since I started FS early in September. Full steam ahead! In two pounds I will no longer have 90+ pounds to go -- it will be 80+!

The first time I lost the weight I remember that I constantly fought a rearguard action. Just get out of the 300s was the first goal and then just out of the 290s etc etc. Worked then, will work now!

My sister makes the comment that it depends on how you 'squint' at it. I can look at it as I am 60 pounds less than my highest weight or I can look at it as I am 5.5 pounds more than the weight I started at after I had breast cancer and then went to work on the weight gain from that (yes, I gained 80 pounds when I had breast cancer and you definitely cannot afford to worry about weight during surgery, chemo or radiation!). Everything is relative!
261.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
