weight the same, bodyfat percentage down .2%. Yesterday's run was sooooo hard. I have to go to work now after a long weekend and I really don't want to! But I'll get over it once I switch into work mode.

133.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
