Not really following any diet right now. But I know I need to do better. Well I will only be able to eat soft things for awhile now. My uppers cracked last night. Can't get enough water in. Being a cashier now I can't just leave to go to the bathroom. But I do get about a half gallon in. Money is extremely tight since I don't make tips anymore. So on the good side we have to eat at home. But I hate cooking.
355.0 lb Lost so far: 195.0 lb.    Still to go: 156.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there - you can do it if you want to! Money is really tight for me too but not eating out does have its good side since it is easier to eat healthy at home!

Just keep that sugar cut out of what you are eating!!! Isn’t it just wrong that things that are the least expensive are the processed and sugary foods? You can do this to get to where you feel your best!!! 🌟🌟🌟
