Forgot to weigh in yesterday so this is gains from 2 days 😀 Not worried about the gain. Most of it is just menstrual water retention. Not that I didn’t make it much worse by eating nothing but junk all day long yesterday. I did make it to the gym yesterday! And I actually got a free trainer session! The trainer that checked me in asked what my plans were for the day and I told him I didn’t really know what I was doing but planned on working my arms. So he walked me through a full routine, corrected my form and I’m going to meet him on Tuesday to do legs. He’s going to make me do squats 😭🤣😜
155.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job getting to the gym yesterday and nice getting a free session from a trainer! I bet you got a lot of good info. Enjoy those squats on Tuesday - is it even possible to enjoy squats? lol

those are great to condition your whole body. you burn more calories if you can work all your major muscle groups

Notice I only care about the things you can do (go to the gym). The weight will be what it is. You know you could probably drive you weight down with a strict <5 carbs a day... but, I can understand being emotionally and mentally and physically 'tired' of all that. I have been so much happier getting all "Virgo" about working out with weights :) Endless things to analyze and 'tweak' and unlimited 'upside'. This past week it 'appears' I can take in 100+ carbs and not gain more than a pound if I hit the weights hard. I also think that not going high carb more than a day is the main thing, but, having that 'extra tool' to use is a nice thing to have :)

@Becc@ - Oh there are going to try to "sell her on a training 'package'" But, unless they come up with something that works for her, we KNOW that @CrashtestDawnie isn't having it! :) They tried to sell @PrincessValerie on a $80 an hour 'package'. We were open to a few sessions but they had a "4 session minimum". Needless to say she said no. Of course they kept calling her. Still, what they covered in the free session helped her so it was worth it.

yep their income depends on clients signing up and of coarse they will give you a free start up, generally that is part of the package of signing up for a health club. one free session with a trainer for evaluation and to get you started right. I told the guy that tried to hook me I was not physically ready health wise for anything like that

Oh yeah I know the pitch is coming. But I don’t have the funds and I also don’t go on a regular basis either so I just couldn’t make that investment. I do appreciate him, what he showed me was very valuable. I really don’t know what I’m dong in the gym. I seem to be sore in all the right places so I think I’ll see improvements with his routine.
