I attended a folk festival yesterday and ate only my breakfast at home. I ate at 107% of goal, was slightly under my protein goal and met my activity goal. BF down .1%
154.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
