I am stunned. Down 100# from starting weight --June 4, 2017! Oh My God!!!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 98.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All of you...Thank you so much for the support. I got all I needed here at FS and from all the FS members. Although I know KETO is not for everyone..😅.I know I have found MY way. No surgeries ...no pills, no gimmicks. Just daily logs, weigh ins , IF (6hrs) and Keto LoCarb eating. BP+ BS+ A1c = all down to normal levels. Ketosis usually between .5 mml and 1.5 mmls. BMI down from 36.6 to 21.79!!!!! God speed to you all. Keep comming and Keto ON!!!!😍
