Alnona's Journal, 11 October 2018

Went to the Drs yesterday, clean bill of health. Since my last check up( 8wks ago) I've lost 17lbs, that's a total of 37lbs since June. I need to hit my mini goal of 210 by Sunday.... fingers crossed. My fast is put on hold, Dr said not until after the wedding.
215.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
