Just as I suspected, I gained a pound. Now I am doing damage control. I don't have much left to lose3 and it sure is taking me a long time to do it. there have been too many birthdays this month and I have a weakness for sweets. End of story!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well, you will do fine getting that pound off. If that is all you gained, you are doing well. I tend to gain a whole lot more and then some when I eat off plan.
