I really supported local business on my holiday. Seems my local scale did not reciprocate
194.4 lb Lost so far: 145.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

True, getting it back down is not an issue, just trying to get the metabolism firing again and eating silly will stop by Thursday
