Lost most of the water weight from last weekend's carb-fest. Still up by 2 lbs. from last week, but that's a lot better than Monday's weight at 10 lbs. up.
244.2 lb Lost so far: 70.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
