I always just try to eat things I enjoy, just leave out the carbs. Like taco salad with no tortillas, or burgers with no buns. There are a lot of recipes online though, for everything from breakfast foods to sweets. Because I dont have my own kitchen, I dont do a lot of cooking, but here is a recipe for baked eggs that sounds good! Ingredients: 6 eggs beaten 3/4 cup heavy cream 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded 1 green onion slice thin 3 slices bacon, cooked crumbled 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon Parmesan additional bacon for garnish - optional Instructions: Beat cream into eggs. Stir in seasonings, cheddar, onion and bacon. Melt butter in a 9" frying pan. Pour egg mixture into pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until set and golden. Garnish with additional bacon, if desired. Serve immediately.
