Weighed myself at the end of the day and actually weighed less than when I woke up.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is weird. I usually only weigh myself in the morning though, so it might happen more often than I realize.

Yep, first thing in the morning and sometimes 4:00 pm for me. Spooky.
